Kojima Logistics is looking for growth minded entrepreneurs who are interested in growing a book of business that will give you residual income!  You will earn competitive, uncapped commissions that are paid twice a month.  With a proven business model already in place, you will be able to reach your goals and find success in the logistics industry.  Within the model, we take care of the billing, collections, and customer service so you can focus on finding the customers and moving their freight. 

What It Takes to Become a Kojima Logistics Freight Agent

  • At least two years outbound sales (inside our outside), and/or two years of freight experience (customer service or sales) 

  • A warm book of business with a current customer following preferred, but not required

  • An entrepreneurial spirit
